IT Support Technician - Level 1/ Level 2 Onsite - Houston - Woodlands Overview Provide direct service desk support to internal employees and at times, external clients via phone, email, chat or in person. The technician will also assist with the configuration, management and day-to-day troubleshooting within our office.
