You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: monitoring clinical or operational performance of a medical facility, conducting clinical process analysis to develop or implement improvements, analyze data from varied medical databases or systems to support patient care delivery and interpret complex data sets to advise executive decision-making processes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
