Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.Minimum Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of assigned programs, the roles they play in supporting total Army programs, and their contribution to Army MWR.
2. Documented experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the NF-03 level or equivalent.
3. Knowledge of the basic principles, concepts and methodologies required to perform various analytical techniques.
4. Ability to analyze and prepare reports.
5. Strong written and oral communication skills, including comprehensive knowledge of standard office software programs, such as word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.
Highly Qualifications:
On top of the minimum qualifications, the highly qualified candidates will also possess:
1. Demonstrated use of PowerBI, Microsoft Office applications, data analytics platforms, and procurement databases.
2. Ability to develop and provide information in graphical formats.
All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks.
