QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.Knowledge of assigned programs, the roles they play in supporting total Army programs, and their contribution to Army MWR. Must have 2 years experience at MACOM/Region or HODA level in developing Army Baseline Standards. Knowledge of principles, concepts and methodologies required to perform various analytical techniques. Ability to analyze operations, financial data, prepares reports and replies to inquiries from the perspective of a DA staff officer. Strong written and oral communication skills, including comprehensive knowledge of standard office software programs, such as word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.

Highly Preferred :
Managerial experience of the caliber described above in an Army Recreation setting to include Financial operations for both APF and NAF business and financial issues.
Education consisting of a baccalaureate or higher degree and have applicable professional experience in a military service environment performing duties similar to those described above
