Requirements:
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Specialized experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties described above using the theories, principles, practices, and techniques of generally accepted accounting principles.
Ability to apply knowledge in reviewing, analyzing, revising, and recommending approval, disapproval or modification of budget requests and justifications.
Documented experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade/level.
Supervisory experience directing technical and professional financial management operations.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
1. A foundation of strong accounting education as evidenced by an accounting degree or a business degree that includes 24 semester hours of accounting curriculum (that may include 6 hours of business law).
2. Hospitality experience in a financial manager, controller, or accountant role. Hospitality operations management would also be considered as highly qualifying.
3.MWR financial management experience.
4.Systems administration skills for financial management, point of sale, inventory, reporting and databases. A resume may include key words such as expert, acquiring, installing, configuring, training, optimizing, etc.
