Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.Candidates must possess experience at a level that equipped them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for successful performance in the duties of this position. Qualifying experience must reflect leadership of HR programs at the installation, regional, or headquarters level, and include oversight of multiple functional areas such as staffing, classification, time and labor systems, PCS, and suitability.
Experience must demonstrate the application of DoD and Army regulations and policies related to Soldier and Family Readiness, interpretation of complex policies and statutes, strategic planning, resource management, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-tempo environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills are required, including the ability to prepare executive-level documents and briefings.
Candidates must possess interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior leaders and stakeholders across agencies, and must be proficient in Microsoft Office and time/labor management systems such as ETLMS
